Become an SSI Dive Leader
Part Time and Full Time Career Opportunities for Scuba Diving Leaders
The sport of scuba is always in need of enthusiastic divers, that are comfortable and confident, to share the passion of SCUBA with new divers. If you enjoy helping others succeed and have fun, then you should consider becoming a dive leader. There are many levels of dive leadership, and Open Water Adventures has trainers on staff that can help you realize your goal. You can become a Scuba Instructor, Assistant Instructor, Dive Guide, or Divemaster.
Once you achieve your Dive Leader Rating you will embark on a great Adventure. You can expand your knowledge and comfort by learning to teach specialties to help your students achieve the Advanced Open Water Rating or Master Diver Certification. You might even end up training Instructors some day. You decide how far you want to go!
Teaching and leading divers is very rewarding, has lots of perks, and is the best way to continue your learning process, and become a better diver yourself!
If you are interested in becoming a dive leader and want to know what it takes, please contact Joe Gaydeski.
Please call us at (704) 547-5991 to discuss the possibilities.
