Life Support Gear + Regular Service + Proper Maintenance = Safety and Fun

You have made a significant investment in your "Life Support" gear. You did so to eliminate the unknown factors and discomfort that comes with "Rental" gear. Now you must maintain your gear to protect your safety, your gear, and your warranties. Every piece of your gear has parts that require replacement, cleaning, and inspection annually. The annual cost for this process is minimal and will save you anguish, lost dives, ruined trips, and even death.

Every manufacturer has specific guidelines for maintenance and repair that must be performed by an authorized and certified technician in order to maintain the integrity of a warranty. Proof of consecutive annual service at an authorized center is among those requirements. OWA has very experienced, full time, factory trained and certified technicians for every brand we represent and then some. Our dedicated team invests many hours a year maintaining, updating, and learning the latest techniques of every type of gear we can. 

We recommend that every diver tests their gear after every service and prior to every trip to ensure proper performance. We can make any adjustments and repairs here, so that you don't discover a minor or major issue on your first dive at your destination. At OWA we provide a FREE pool practice session and our expertise after every service in order to ensure your diving adventures are the best they can be always.

OWA requires that all dive travelers on our guided adventures around the world have proof of annual service on to join our trips. This policy is becoming more widely accepted and practiced by operators every day. It is a vital and minimal step to ensure there is less of a chance for an accident, injury, or death.
